Martin Chisholm Martin Chisholm has been an authority in the Collectors Car world for 20 years and has worked for some of the world’s leading auction houses. In this time he’s been able to build up an extraordinary knowledge of the market and of individual cars, as well as gaining an invaluable range of contacts around the world. Will’s career with collectors cars began in the early 90’s working for the specialist classic car auctioneers Brooks. Will then changed direction and spent a few years professional yacht racing, culminating in a position on the British Americas Cup Team before returning to Bonhams Auctioneers as a senior motor car specialist responsible for the European sales, based in London. Leaving Bonhams in 2007 to join Martin Chisholm, he has brought with him a passion for Bugattis and an expansive knowledge of competition cars adding to the extensive breadth of knowledge already on offer. Richard started the company in 1968 after leaving Aston Martin where he served his apprenticeship. The company grew from strength to strength during the seventies and eighties servicing, selling and racing Aston Martin cars. Richard enjoyed much success in the competitive world of motor racing with Project 212 and Mike Salmon, DBR1/1 and of course DB4s. During this time Richard also managed various Le Mans teams; running the Nimrods in 1982/3/4, the Ecurie Ecosse C2s in 1985/6/7 - becoming World C2 Sports Car Champions in 1986 - and running the Aston Martin Works Group C Team in 1989. The inventory at Northshore Sportscars has a pronounced British accent, with British-built Triumphs, MGs, Austin-Healeys, Morgans and Jaguars vastly outnumbering four-wheelers of other ethnicities. Paul & Andrew Wood are genuine enthusiasts and are justly proud of the Company they founded in 1967. The brothers left Rolls-Royce once Andrew had completed his engineering apprenticeship, to start their own business working exclusively with Rolls-Royce and Bentley motor cars from a workshop in Moreton, Essex. With Andrew in charge of the engineering element within the Company and Paul in charge of sales and coachwork, the business flourished to such an extent that by 1970 they had to move to larger premises in Great Bardfield.
